  • Implementation of prescribed speech-language, occupational and physical therapy programs under the supervision and direction of the regulated health care professional.
  • Service to the client within the community, clients home, professional or educational environment
  • Measureable and individualized data collection for each client
  • Detailed recording after each treatment session
  • Progress reports detailing client progress every 3-6 months or as requested by the regulated health care professional
  • Ongoing communication with the client, family and rehabilitation team members
