Implementation of prescribed speech-language, occupational and physical therapy programs under the supervision and direction of the regulated health care professional.
Service to the client within the community, clients home, professional or educational environment
Measureable and individualized data collection for each client
Detailed recording after each treatment session
Progress reports detailing client progress every 3-6 months or as requested by the regulated health care professional
Ongoing communication with the client, family and rehabilitation team members
